All MPs, across the floor, stood up to pay respect. All except three. The three elected Parliamentarians for The Netherlands, members of Geert Wilders&rsquo; Party, PVV (Party for Freedom, after it&rsquo;s name in Dutch), refused to stand up and remain silent.
