I wrote yesterday about this collective narrative Europe has adopted about the values of\u00a0Enlightenment<\/a>\u00a0and a sense of shared desire for equality. And yet, in spite of this narrative being parroted in media, these are the concrete measures people are forced to live with. Two of the most vulnerable groups in any society, people with disabilities and those who use mental health services will have their quality of life deeply affected and yet, mainstream media never questions how this is incompatible with claiming the upholding of these values.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
