Immigrants from countries classified as &ldquo;Western&rdquo; only pay a one time fee of 30 euros to have an ID card issued in their name.<\/p>\n<p>But then, of course, I get rape threats if I write about &ldquo;institutionalized racism&rdquo; because such stuff obviously does not exist.
