And planning a world tour for 2012! That might come close to my current residence! Because, you see, before there was Calle 13 or Molotov or even Daddy Yankee (I am a big fan of the first two while I sneer at the mere mention of Daddy Yankee, even though he quotes them as his inspiration), there was Illya Kuryaki and the Valderramas, who many credit as one of the pioneer bands of Latin American Funk.
