Will they be doing the construction work themselves? (Keep in mind these are millionaires we are talking about not survivalists with construction skills). And once the construction is over, will they maintain the property themselves? Tasks like cleaning, cooking, etc, are they planning to hire people? And if so, what kind of wages will they offer? And as importantly, what kind of social provisions? Because once they hire someone to do the tasks they deem as “too menial”, their fantasy of self sufficiency crumbles like a house of cards. And given that this will happen on international waters where labor laws do not apply, I suppose their workers wouldn’t be mere servants, no? Or is this just an excuse to legally oppress their service personnel?<\/p>\n
