One difference I see between the European and North American flavors is that Americans seem to be more keen on their religious affiliations, whereas Europeans seem more drawn towards the continental history of Enlightenment. Americans seem to be concerned over the loss of their Christian roots\/ recognition of their religion, and European nationalists seem to be focused on a philosophical tradition (through lack of a better way of explaining it, a Cartesian heritage, perhaps).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
