I find the mere thought of this law<\/a> to be sickening, but I do wonder this much: since so many states already make rape victims pay for the rape kits<\/a>, how do they expect to fund these fetus investigations?<\/p>\n

Will the women who miscarried have to foot the bill for the necessary lab tests? Will it be an extra expense on insurance companies (the same companies that Republicans claim are going to go bankrupt due to Obama’s health care plan and its associated costs)? Or will taxpayers that are already being stripped off basic services have to pay for the costs? I wonder if they have given any thought to this.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
