And, although one of their proposed bills would force science teachers to always question evolution, I would consider this list to be a prime example of Darwinian politics (or you know, predator\/ survival of the fittest tactics). Some gems from the article:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Five South Dakota lawmakers have introduced legislation that would  require any adult 21 or older to buy a firearm &lsquo;sufficient to provide  for their ordinary self-defense&rsquo;.<\/li>\n<li>Georgia state Rep. Bobby Franklin, R-Marietta, introduced a bill that would do away with drivers&rsquo; licenses, arguing that they \u201care a throw back to oppressive times.\u201d In his bill, Franklin states, &ldquo;free people have a common law and  constitutional right to travel on the roads and highways that are  provided by their government for that purpose. Licensing of drivers  cannot be required of free people, because taking on the restrictions of  a license requires the surrender of an inalienable right.&rdquo;<\/li>\n<li>Texas State Rep. Leo Berman, R-Tyler, really, <em>really<\/em> doesn&rsquo;t like the  Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act passed by Congress last year.
