If you repeat, long enough, that these people are not &ldquo;us&rdquo;, that they don&rsquo;t belong, that they are dangerous, don&rsquo;t be surprised when nobody lifts a finger to help them. I even saw messages on Twitter, commenting how Pakistan should not be helped because they are Muslims. This child (and all the others in the photo essay), <em>they are not people, they are not our responsibility, they are Muslims<\/em>.
