Remember the painter that was working on the hallway yesterday<\/a>? He just knocked the door because he also needs to paint the outside frame of all\u00a0apartment\u00a0doors and for that, he (rightfully) prefers to have it open so that he can access the whole thing. He is now treating me to a whistled (and hummed) version of “Oh mio bambino caro”. I would ask him to sing something but I don’t want to make him self conscious.
