Pendejo = asshole in Spanish slang.

This made me laugh out loud today and I needed it after I struggled a good chunk of the day with some very weird shit from a middle level supervisor type at Amnesty International. I might write a more detailed post about it tomorrow but let’s say I had a very disappointing exchange with this person. I expected that, of all institutions, Amnesty wouldn’t be part of the institutionalized bullshit that plagues The Netherlands. Alas, I was obviously wrong.

So yeah, pendejos… they are everywhere.
