I’m not sure they’re hipsters in disguise, but scientists can be a super-sneaky bunch—I would definitely not put it past them to be trolling us 😉

I just find it endlessly amusing that what is being hailed as the most important scientific announcement of the past hundred years is presented in the much reviled font. And look at the tacky color combination in the screen capture as well. It’s almost like a six year old directed their aesthetic choices.
