“I cannot wish for another woman what I wouldn’t wish for myself.” – Uh…I think that line may be why you got called out on Beckyness. At the very least that sentiment is my own personal pet peeve with a lot of so-called feminists.

A different standard is what justifies oppression. If I accept there is one standard of humanity for some people and a different one for me, I am somehow othering these people, implying that they are not deserving of access to the same privileges I enjoy. Access doesn’t mean they have to exercise the privilege, but at the very least, it means it’s there for those who wish it.

And I know you have a problem with “so called feminists”, you have said so many times.
