My new favorite TV pleasure

I started watching Boardwalk Empire this past weekend and I am already on episode 5 (probably will catch up with all 9 episodes by the end of this week). It has become this season’s favorite. I just pray that it doesn’t follow the Carnivale path: a great dozen or so episodes followed by a slow and steady decline to the point that I often found myself wondering “Why exactly am I watching this?”. Steve Buscemi is amazing. I want to be his friend.
