See this photo? This is how Amsterdam’s Pride rolls every year. Hundreds of boats of all sizes go through the canals while between half a million and one million people gather in the streets to see the parade. And I just came back from getting my hair accessories and other assorted “decorations” for the boat I am going to be in. I also just heard that aside from us, all other major political parties in Amsterdam will also have a significantly decorated boat. But I can guarantee you one thing: no other fraction will have someone as uncoordinated as me attempting to reproduce a choreography.
