Currently baking these. Yeah, I misplaced my cupcake/ muffin tray (don’t judge my mess!) so they are probably going to be deformed. BUT, they will be filled with the food of the gods: a rich, creamy center of dulce de leche.

Also, since there is nobody around to lecture me, can someone please remind me why eating raw cake batter with a spoon is a bad thing? Convoluted explanations involving raw eggs and salmonella are welcome (and expected).
