The housing corporation says their hands are tied because they got a complaint from our neighbor. And mentioned that her reasons for calling were related with racism and she (the person working for the housing corporation) was ashamed to say it was
Reblogging so that those who do not follow the OP have background info. Rental in The Netherlands has to be done through housing corporations. Sub-letting is illegal unless specifically allowed (on a case by case basis) by the corporations that own the houses.
