According to the live updates at lesoir.be (in French), a 2 year old infant was reported dead on arrival at the hospital in Liège. So far, there is also an adult who died during the attack.
Reports, at this stage are not very clear and, aside from the link above to Lesoir, The Guardian is also running a live update on the developments.
