Calle 13, Latinoamerica. New video released yesterday, featuring Toto la Momposina, Maria Rita and Susana Baca, Minister of Culture of Peru, who took office a couple of weeks ago after Ollanta Humala won the elections. Baca is the first Black person to become a Minister in Peru. She calls herself the “minister-singer”.
