If you have a Tumblr account, it should be simple enough: you click the “Follow button” that should appear on the top right side of the screen.
If you do not have a Tumblr account, you can sign up for one here. It’s quick and painless and only requires an email address and username.
Once you have the Tumblr account, you either click the above mentioned button or follow this link (while replacing the text with your own username).
If getting an account for the service doesn’t interest you, you can always add the RSS feed to an RSS reader (like Google Reader or Sage, or the one you usually use to access feeds).
And last, but not least, if you prefer the old fashioned way, you can bookmark the site and visit regularly. I update mostly every day (except weekends, when I try to make an effort not to sit much in front of the computer, although there are exceptions if I find compelling material to post).
