I was checking for tutorials for something I wasn’t sure had been tried before: a combination of the no knead bread recipe and a sourdough starter bread. It turns out that such thing does exist and it’s the strangest cooking tutorial I’ve ever seen. Imagine Nigella meets Tales from the Crypt. That level of “strange”. The recipe itself is perfect but the weird echo, creepy piano music and ominous tone take it to another level. The “puppet hand” used to count ingredients is going to give me nightmares tonight. And if you watch till the end, you are treated to a “cooking while tripping on acid” moment.
