Tonight, in Toronto, the event that will end all debates! Blair vs Hitchens: Is religion a force for good or ill?
These two are currently in Toronto for the semi-annual Munk Debate on Friday evening. They will square off on the contentious topic of whether religion is a force for good in the world.
Just imagine the amount of smugness and intellectual dishonesty that will ooze from both sides. Surprising revelations ensue! Hitchens has a Christmas tree! Blair’s father was a militant atheist! Not included: the fact that these two should be locked in a cage for my personal amusement.
