I’m guessing that if a white immigrant (e.g. German or Russian or something that doesn’t send the Dutch racists into palpitations) runs out of money for the application, they look the other way?

This is how it works: only those of us coming from countries classified by the government as “Non Western” have to pay this fee. Immigrants from countries classified as “Western” only pay a one time fee of 30 euros to have an ID card issued in their name.

But then, of course, I get rape threats if I write about “institutionalized racism” because such stuff obviously does not exist. It is a figment of my imagination.
