Oh dear, of course not!. If you check the reblogs from that particular post, you’ll find the offender. Again, I couldn’t care less that they deleted my commentary. It’s not like I write anything sacred and deserving of automatic reblogs, but it does annoy me to no end that they delete the original source. The internet works through a system of unwritten ethical rules. At least the kind of internet worth preserving and the kind that allows independent bloggers and writers to carve a name for themselves. Such unwritten rule includes always crediting sources, because people take the time and make the effort to make information available for us. They deserve that we acknowledge that. Again, my commentary is mostly irrelevant, as I am not the original source of the graphics. But the person who bothered to scan the page and upload it deserves to be recognized for doing so.

For the past decade and a half I have been making all my content available for free (and never behind a paywall) as an ongoing practice of ephemeral publishing. This site is no exception.
