Have you read this article: http://www.spiegel.de/international/germany/0,1518,724223,00.html
Actually, I did. However, I object to the concept of “Parallel Society” as stated in the article. There is in fact, one society with multiple groups, fractions and demographics interacting with one another. Societies are not parallel, if anything, they are one big Venn diagram with intersections and points of contact. The implication of a “Parallel Society” rings too much of “Separate but equal” for me to be comfortable with.
For the past decade and a half I have been making all my content available for free (and never behind a paywall) as an ongoing practice of ephemeral publishing. This site is no exception. If you wish to help offset my labor costs, you can donate on Paypal or you can subscribe to Patreon where I will not be putting my posts behind a lock but you'd be helping me continue making this work available for everyone. Thank you. Follow me on Twitter for new post updates.
