The “Patriot Program”, eh? I can imagine the doctor informing this hypothetical patient that the surgery is “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue and we can shape your vulva like a proper American eagle! Fuck, yeah!”. (Fuck yeah, figuratively and non figuratively speaking, I assume, in this case).
