These are the “wombs” of which “Mother Monster” gave birth to. Notice how all of them are identical to symbolize equality.
The “wombs” are actually all identical because there is not one ugly person in the entire video. Not a single one of these outcasts she claims to stand for! It’s a narcissists reproduction of the self in a loop. That’s the only analysis I can think of.
But of course, who could possibly be feeding this self centered approach to pop music? Who?! Oh, from the same review quoted above:

She is not putting herself on a pedestal here. “Mother Monster,” in this instance, is a metaphorical character for someone we, as a society, need in order to progress. This God-like figure is symbolic for our modern day Martin Luther King JR.
