These very, very handsome terracota mini cups contain one of my favorite things: crema catalana. They are now cooling off but I can barely contain my grubby hands.

Crema catalana is the Catalonian (Spain) version of creme brulee, only slightly more lemony in flavor. Recipe at the link.
