Tumblr, world at large: I cannot adequately express what I wouldn’t give to have access to this right now.

It’s called “Milhojas con dulce de leche” (loosely translated “a thousand sheets with caramel”). The closest place to Amsterdam where I could stuff my face with it is Barcelona (where there is a sizable South American community and I can pursue our foods with abandonment). As it is, I’ve been staring at this photo feeling increasingly anxious by the fact that I have no idea when I’ll be able to enjoy this again.

For the past decade and a half I have been making all my content available for free (and never behind a paywall) as an ongoing practice of ephemeral publishing. This site is no exception.
